On the one hand, Jesus was a normal person who experienced life just like you and I. He lived in a real place in real time. He grew up in a family, worked a job, ate and drank, laughed and cried, lived and died. So Jesus is someone we can all easily relate to.

On the other hand, Jesus claimed to be God. He had power over sin, sickness, demons, nature, and even death itself. He lived the perfect life. He died a death he never deserved and then rose to life again. So Jesus is someone utterly unique no one can compare with.

It is this combination of God and man that makes Jesus both God’s powerful King and our perfect saviour. Jesus has not only changed the course of history but even today people all around the world are finding new life and hope in Jesus. Here at The Point Community Church we  want you to know him too.
