Harvest Leadership is a one or two year, volunteer ministry training program for people already serving at The Point. Through one-to-one mentoring, group training and practical ministry leadership, you'll be encouraged to grow in godliness, deepen your understanding of God's Word, and develop the skills to serve Jesus for a lifetime.

Harvest is designed for people in all kinds of seasons of life—including students, parents, retirees and those working full-time. It runs during school terms and is flexible enough to fit around work and family commitments while making meaningful space for ministry.
