BLAST is an after school program for children in Years 3-6. Kids spend time playing games, doing activities, learning about Jesus and enjoying afternoon tea together. BLAST runs for 6 weeks every term, Fridays 4:00-5:45pm, at Hastings Secondary College, Westport Campus.  It costs $2 or $5 for a family of 3 or more kids. See the image below for this term's dates. It's my first time at BLAST. What do I need to know?

Registration
You can fill in a registration form for them as you arrive or complete one here. After the first attendance, children can sign themselves in each week.  At the end of the night, we require an adult to sign children out. 

Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea is provided, but please bring your own water bottle. It is best if children with allergies bring their own afternoon tea.

The Team
Our BLAST team consists of experienced children’s ministry workers, teachers and teenagers from our church family. They are all safe ministry trained and have a WWCC.
